Our Policy

FabriZone agrees to perform the work indicated on this order in a professional worklike manner using reasonable care to fulfill satisfactory results. The service technician and products are limited to achieve only the best results by the condition and nature of the article being cleaned. FabriZone Licensees try their best to provide Top Quality Results regardless of location, Satisfied Customers are the best advertising any company can have. The following is a list of conditions for which the FabriZone or the licensee disclaims liability and for which the customer agrees that they will not hold FabriZone or the licensee responsible.

1. Due to the nature of our business, unsatisfactory results must be reported within 3 days.

2. The severity of some spots can make it impossible to restore the original texture and colour. They will sometimes appear more noticeable after a general cleaning. Spotting work on rust, liquor, cosmetics, ink, coffee, lipstick stains and the like is at the customer's risk and that the removal of the stain or spot is not guaranteed.

3. Price Quotations over the Phone are only estimates. Exact cost can only be determined after a FabriZone service representative has made  a personal visit.

4. Carpeting has certain characteristics including fluffing, blooming, and pile shading. These
characteristics cannot be changed and at times will be more noticeable by cleaning.

5. Upholstered Furniture. Original colours that have been faded by wear and sunlight cannot be
restored nor can the effects of grease, sweat or hair oil always be entirely removed. Allow furniture to dry 24 hours before using.

6. Limitations of Responsibility. The company is not responsible for any damage or defects existing
   prior to receipt of goods, nor for any Hidden Conditions which may appear during, or result from,
   ordinary and normal processing. Examples:

   (a) Dry rot - a weak or brittle condition.

   (b) Weak Dyes - where sub-standard types of dyes or dyeing methods have been used.

   (c) Discolouration - caused by urine, acids or alkalies or incorrect methods and materials used prior to cleaning.

7. The customer will not hold FabriZone responsible for shrinkage unless such shrinkage is caused by the negligence of FabriZone.

8. The return of colour to original paint shade cannot be guaranteed on walls and ceilings after cleaning.

9. Stainproofing will reduce the likelihood of permanent staining but may not be equally effective against all types of staining materials.

10. Quotations only valid for 30 days.

IMPORTANT: We assume no responsibility for breakage or damage caused by our employees
when asked to handle your personal property. The company hereby agrees to complete in good
faith, and to the best of their ability, the work arranged as shown on this workorder as per
description, size, instructions, and amount. The customer hereby agrees to pay in full the amount
agreed upon of this invoice at the completion of the work.
